Who is this for?

If you're the one everyone counts on—and you’re proud of that—but you're also tired, anxious, or quietly unraveling, this work is for you. You’re successful, but something still feels off. Maybe you're constantly “shoulding” yourself, holding everything together for everyone else, while your body whispers (or screams) that something needs to change. You’re done with surface-level fixes. You want real change. Fast. You’re ready to feel free in your body, your relationships, and your life.

How is this different than therapy?

Traditional therapy is valuable, and many of my clients work with therapists alongside our sessions. What’s often different here is the speed and depth of change. I’ve had clients whose therapists say, “I don’t know what you’re doing in those sessions—but keep doing it.” We go beyond talk. We work with energy, with patterns your nervous system has carried for decades. It’s integrative. It’s powerful. And it often brings noticeable shifts, fast.

What if I've tried everything, and nothing's worked?

What you’ve tried may have helped in part, but if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, it’s going to keep you stuck. This work is about getting to the root. We don’t just talk. We heal what’s underneath the overwhelm,  the people-pleasing, the self-doubt. It’s not magic. But it often feels magical.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

That’s okay. Most people come to this work after pushing through for years. You don’t have to be 100% sure. You just have to be a little bit willing to imagine there might be another way. If you feel the pull, you’re ready enough to have good things happen.

Do I need to believe in energy work for it to work?

No, this work is grounded in nervous system science, emotional regulation, and real-life application. The energy piece is simply one of the tools we use to help your system release what’s no longer needed. You don’t have to understand it or even believe in it—it just helps. And if you’re open, it can help a lot.

We're lifting the bookcase

What If I don’t have any experience?

Imagine a bookcase just fell on you. You are in pain and need some help.

If I found you stuck under the bookcase, I would not just offer words of encouragement, letting you know you can get out from under it. I would lift the f**king bookcase off of you! Then I would check to see how you feel, help you sit up, and help carry you to the car to get to the doctor. They might refer you to a PT who would give you rehab exercises. It would be up to you to do the exercises at home to build your strength.

This is a great analogy for the work I do with people.

The energy work is the heavy lifting, getting the f**king bookcase off of you.

Then based on what comes up during the energy work, I will teach you tools that you can practice on your own to "build your strength."

My ultimate goal is that you don't need me anymore because you have your toolkit of tools and can move forward feeling confident, empowered, and free.
